Rashet Kheir is built around four pillars: Community Ties, Personal and Professional Development, and Art & Culture. Our innovative programs empower people of all ages and backgrounds while focusing on youth and women. We strengthen community bonds, support personal growth, and provide access to resources for skilling and professional development. Our Art & Culture pillar promotes creativity, diversity, and healing through artistic and cultural activities. Our goal is to create a cohesive community that nurtures individuals to prosper and create meaningful change. Inspired by the resilience and rebirth of the dandelion, we are dedicated to helping people thrive in the face of adversity by investing in youth and supporting the most vulnerable. A group of young people were invited to join this training workshop headlined by Nathalie. The training consisted of daily life skills and empowerment of oneself. It also included exercises done by the team which were a mix of educational and fun exercises. Le 4 août, lors de l'explosion à Beyrouth, j'étais en montagne et j'ignorais ce qui se passiat en ville et n'est qu'en regardant la télé que j'ai appris la terrible nouvelle. L'horreur des dégâts m'a brisé le cœur, mais la solidarité et la mobilisation des Libanais ont rallumé ma flamme.
