How it all started:
With Lebanon being a host community to multiple nationalities and with the Lebanese themselves being expats in so many other countries, this project has started as a recreation of reality which, as Rashet Kheir viewed, has needed a bridge of compassion and understanding.
Objective:
Colorful Bridges has aimed to start off with a relationship rehabilitation where compassion, kindness, humility and inclusivity are the only concrete to step on.
Impact:
After recruiting 27 individuals from 6 different countries, artistic activities started to mend any broken edge with dance, crafts and music, proving, in turn, that any language barrier can be vanquished with the power of appreciation and listening. This activity has yielded courage to multiple participants who were verbally capable to unleash their inner hauntings.
